Appointments are recommended because they let us confirm your device model, issue, and part availability before you arrive. Walk-ins are always welcome, though wait times may vary.
How long will my repair take?
Most common phone repairs — screen replacements, battery swaps, charging ports — are completed in under an hour. More complex repairs or diagnostics may take longer. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you arrive.
What should I bring?
Bring your device and, if possible, your charger. If you have a passcode on the device, you may need to enter it for diagnostic testing. Let us know at booking if data recovery is a concern.
