Repairs & timing
How long do most repairs take?
Many common phone repairs are done the same day, often within 30 to 60 minutes. Timing depends on the device, part availability, and condition. Water damage, board-level work, and laptop repairs can take longer.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead lets us confirm your model and parts before you arrive, which usually shortens your wait.
Can you repair water-damaged devices?
Often, yes. It depends on how much liquid entered the device, how long ago, and whether corrosion has set in. Stop charging it and bring it in for a diagnostic as soon as possible for the best chance of recovery.
Quotes & pricing
Can I get a quote before visiting?
Absolutely. Start an instant quote with your device type, model, and the issue, and the team will come back with likely options, pricing, and timing.
Is the online quote the final price?
It's an estimate. The final price is confirmed after a quick in-person check, and we never start a repair without your approval β no surprises.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on larger repairs and device purchases. See the financing page for how it works and what you can spread over time.
Warranty & trade-in
Are repairs covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every qualifying repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on the replacement part and the workmanship. See the warranty page for exactly what's covered.
Do you buy or trade in devices?
Yes. We accept many phones, tablets, and select laptops for trade-in, and the value can go toward a repair or a replacement. See the trade-in page for details.
Will my data be safe during a repair?
Screen and most hardware repairs don't normally touch your data, but we always recommend backing up first. Your technician will flag anything that could affect your data before starting.
